MEET DEBBIE & RICK HILL
DEBBIE and Rick Hill are Laclede County natives. They say they love making friends with their neighbors at The Timbers, and they’re excited about the renovations and planned growth of the Lebanon apartment community. Rick especially enjoys keeping up with the park-like grounds surrounding The Timbers. If you haven’t already, be sure to stop by the office and say hi. We can’t wait to share more with you about our plans for the future of The Timbers!
TIP OF THE MONTH:
With colder temperatures approaching, some of you may have already switched from AC to Heat. We just wanted to remind everybody that when you first use your heat, it is normal to smell a burning smell. This comes from all the dust that has been sitting on the heating coils through the summer. If you have any questions about this, please contact the office.
