QUICK & EASY FRENCH DIP SLIDERS

  • 1 lb. deli roast beef
  • 1 1/2 cups french-fried onions
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • Unsalted butter
  • Provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Butter bottom of 9×13 baking dish.

Slice package of rolls in half. Place bottom half in baking dish. Top with 6 slices of provolone, roast beef, french fried onions, remaining cheese, and the other half of the rolls.

In small bowl, melt butter in microwave. Add 1 tablespoon of au jus seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce, sesame seeds, garlic & onion powders, and seasoned salt. Whisk.

Top the rolls evenly with this mixture. Bake the sliders uncovered until cheese is gooey and tops of the rolls are golden brown — about 15-20 minutes.
