We offer several convenient ways for you to pay your rent. You can bring it to the office; if the office closed, slide it through the door above the lock. Or you can sign up for an online account. Or you can mail your check to 840 S. Roanoke Ave., Springfield, 65806. Be sure you put your apartment number on your payment.
FUN AT THE LEBANON-LACLEDE CO LIBRARY
BRING THE KIDS to the library on Dec. 22 for a daylong Christmas movie marathon! Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the meeting rooms for this event. But bring a blanket to snuggle up for this program! It’s absolutely free and the kids will have a great time!
SAFE SHOPPING
We want you to be safe this holiday season. So keep in mind:
- Keep your car keys in your hand and be aware of your surroundings
- Do not leave packages visible in your car or trunk.
- If you are shopping alone, ask security to escort you to your car.
MAINTENANCE
A REMINDER: Residents are not permitted to make their own repairs to the property (section 13 of the lease agreement). If repairs are needed, please call the office or submit a maintenance request online. Thank you!
